DC Staffing Coordinator (Hourly)
The Staffing Coordinator will provide staffing and recruiting services to the Distribution Center Network. Maintain appropriate staffing levels in order to achieve maximum efficiency and meet business needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs a variety of Human Resources support activities for distribution center for 250+ crew members.
- Schedules interviews.
- Interviews prospective crew members.
- Administers reference checks.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Maintains and processes a variety of forms and records and prepares required reports which include employment, confidential personnel records, attendance, and information.
- Activates new crew member access cards and assigns number employee ID numbers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- 2 to 3 years of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of management.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Must possess the skills to develop, update and maintain organized personnel files.
SUPERVISION
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
