Job Overview:
Contract Role : Legal Recruiter/Coordinator for Top NY Law Firm.
. Contract Position. 1-5 Years Legal Recruiting Experience
- Coordinate interview schedules for Associate candidates and solicit feedback on candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate information
- Support the Legal Recruitment Manager in running the summer associate program, including assignment tracking, the planning and attendance of social events and training programs.
- Perform research for strategic recruiting searches.
- Attend recruiting events and assist with US recruiting initiatives as necessary.
- Handle conference room set-ups including catering and video-conferencing.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expenses for candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of legal recruiting
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality work product.
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness and discretion given the highly confidential nature of the recruiting process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
