Brickell Brands is a growing cutting-edge e-commerce company located in South Portland, Maine. The Production Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all manufacturing maintenance, equipment setup and repair, and implementation of new machinery. This role works closely with the VP of Operations and COO to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
The schedule for this role is Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
What This Role Does:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on productions equipment
- Oversight of two direct reports
- Perform equipment changeovers between production runs
- Oversee the setup, troubleshooting, and making minor machine adjustments
- Monitor variables to maintain efficient operations and meet department quality, cost and production goals
- Inspect product to ensure quality measures are met
- Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift
- Be a subject matter expert of safety in the workplace
Role Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of working in manufacturing and production facilities
- Associate’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent work experience
- Advanced experience with power tools and hand tools

Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity as needed to operate a variety of machinery/equipment and perform movements associated with manufacturing
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment including typical noises, smells, and chemicals associated with the facility (proper PPE will be provided).
- Able to handle repetitive motions on a continuous basis while working in a warehouse/production environment for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and have sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse environment; walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, and twist; push, pull, & lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
