CCSC seeks a solutions-oriented individual that can thrive in an environment where working collaboratively with several different teams in addition to directly supporting students and families is commonplace in a typical workday. This is a 12-month position with time off during all school vacations as well as 3 weeks of additional vacation (over seven total weeks of vacation annually). In addition, the person will be required to fulfill other regular duties and commitments required of CCSC staff.The Operations Coordinators responsibilities include, but are not limited to,Coordinate state and local testing programs, including quarterly benchmark exams, MCAS, and AP examsCoordinate scheduling-related tasks: Participate in the Master Scheduling TeamArrange room switches for classrooms when necessarySchedule the use of shared spaces such as conference rooms and common areasCreate and manage the duty schedule for faculty and staffCoordinate special schedules such as School Picture DaySupport the other Operations Coordinator and occasionally act as the lead in the organization of substitute teacher coverageCoordinate the writing, revision and final submission of state reports, the Student and Family Handbook, as well as other internal and external facing documentsWork collaboratively with and support coverage of staff on the school Operations team including nursing, facilities, technology, reception, nutrition, and general Operations staffThis role may directly support the work or cover for any of these roles in a given school daySupport the hiring of new faculty and staff by posting open positions & refreshing on external websites at least weeklyComplete other duties, as assigned/fulfill regular CCSC staff responsibilities as assigned by school leadership and/or Head of SchoolLead, manage, and/or support a variety of projects that impact school operationsExecute a variety of clerical tasks and operations projects as assigned, including maintaining the printable school calendar and online Google CalendarCompensation: $56,000 - $60,000 depending on experienceHow to ApplySend a cover letter and resume to Neal Landry at opsjobs@ccscambridge.org with the subject line Operations Coordinator
