Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations. The General Manager will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maximize profitability. Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Direct and oversee all restaurant operations to ensure superior customer service and efficient staff coordination.
- Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Quality and Safety Standards: Maintain rigorous standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness to meet our high expectations.

- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities that align with our brand.
- Staff Communication: Conduct regular meetings to discuss goals, policies, and procedures, ensuring team alignment.
- Health and Safety Focus: Vigilantly maintain compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience:Minimum of one year of managerial experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have served as a General Manager.
- Hospitality Skills: Proficient in areas including bartending, customer service, and cash handling. Familiarity with banquet operations is a significant plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively. Must have experience in fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing guest relations and team interactions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of food industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold our standards of quality and safety.
- Recruitment and Training: Skilled in interviewing, hiring, and training staff, with an ability to identify and nurture talent within the team.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our restaurant operations.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and financial management in the food service sector, with a track record of achieving profitability and business growth.
