Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance.
- Effectively communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to be able to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded and updated in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
