Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As the Director of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company primarily through outstanding sales skills in addition to nurturing the team, recruitment and oversight of all areas of the business. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales expertise, people skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
Duties: - Manage the entire sales cycle from initial enquiry to closing deals and booking clients into the diary. Prepare and present reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management
Experience: - Proven experience and a strong background in Sales and managing business development activities - -Overseeing the management of our team, including hiring, development and working with our HR consultants where necessary to carry out recruitment, appraisals and disciplinary action
-Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through new client acquisition - Experience in beauty/cosmetic sales is highly desirable - Excellent communication and presentation skills
Days and hours - Office based 9am - 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday
