Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, coordinating with our factories in Asia, and ensuring smooth office operations. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Place orders with our factories in Asia, ensuring all details are correctly communicated in Chinese.
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment.
- Handle customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Reconcile accounts with customers, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in order management, customer service, or office administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
