Compudopt is a national non-profit organization that aims to provide technology access and education to under-resourced youth and their communities. Compudopt is seeking a Program Coordinator to be a key member of Compudopt’s Dallas team. This full-time Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination of programs, program registration management, technology education curriculum delivery to students, along with overall departmental support where needed. This is an ideal position for someone interested in exploring a career in nonprofit work providing opportunity to develop skills in program logistics, implementation, operations, and student education training delivery. Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinates and provides delivery of Train-the-Trainer training on Learn2Earn, STEAM Team, Early Adopters, Tiny Techs, Digital Skills Builder, and IT Pathways programs to ensure that trainers are fully prepared to comprehensively lead assigned cohorts.
- Creates and manages program registration forms for service areas.
- Maintains inventory of supplies for all education programs and communicates with Program Director when supplies need to be ordered.
- Collects classroom information including attendance as well as metrics reports to ensure the continuous improvement and quality of the program.
- Serve as a Technology Trainer, as needed, to fill gaps in scheduling or staff absences.
- Provides feedback and suggestions on curriculum and program revision.
- Coordinates with program host sites to ensure a program ready, safe and healthy training environment by following organizational standards and policies.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing Compudopt standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of professional, relevant work experience in teaching/training
