Leonard Law Group, a rapidly growing injury firm, is expanding to Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team. The person in this role is self-motivated, task oriented, patient and has outstanding customer service skills. The ideal person will have at least 1 year of office admin experience and will know ho to efficiently manage their time while balancing the needs of both clients and the attorney.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attorney calendar management
- Review and respond promptly to email communications
- Prepare, review and maintain legal documents
- Draft, review and file legal pleadings and settlement contracts
- Order and follow up on medical records
- Prepare, Review, scan and file correspondence
- Effectively and efficiently complete all assignments, tasks and client calls.
