Meineke is coming to the Smyrna area! As part of this, we are hiring motivated individuals with Customer Service Management experience to join our dynamic Complete Car Care Repair Team! Successful candidates will be able to ensure Customer Service and satisfaction by taking ownership of the Customer experience while at Meineke. Service Advisors will ensure the Meineke services meet the standards of quality set by the center to achieve complete Customer satisfaction. Service Advisors will demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional Service levels and have the drive to succeed with an organization that supports and rewards excellence. They will ensure our Services meet the standards of Meineke quality earned over 50+ years with the goal of achieving complete Customer satisfaction.

To Increase Customer Satisfaction and Service By:
● Contacting Customers to educate about the need to bring their vehicle in for servicing.
● Following up with Customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with services.
● Listening to Customer complaints to assist in addressing issues and resolving challenges.
● Selling the Customer only what his / her vehicle needs.
● Treating the Customer with respect and human dignity.
To Increase Personal Productivity By:
● Answering the telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
● Booking appointments and greeting customers.
● Building and sending estimates to customers.
● Assigning and scheduling work duties to Automotive Service Staff according to their skills.
● Overseeing the procurement of vehicle parts
● Checking out customers and presenting financing options
Career Growth By:
● Continuing education by attending workshops and studying relevant publications to stay up-to-date with developments in the automotive service industry.
● Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts.
To Contribute to Proper Center and Personal Image By:
● Always keeping the facility neat and clean.
● Dressing in a clean and neat uniform / Meineke logo’d personal apparel.
● Assisting in maintaining center image by cleaning center and restrooms.
Minimum Qualifications:
● We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.
● Organized, friendly, and engaging personality.
● Demonstrated ability to manage self and others.
● Time Management skills with a sense of urgency.
● Must possess and maintain a valid operator’s license.
● Fantastic ability to communicate clearly and professionally
● Enjoys developing interpersonal relationships with people.
● Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
