Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway Texas Realty. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our agents in promoting their business and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new agents. You will play a critical role in helping our agents succeed and grow their real estate careers by providing marketing support, guidance, and training.
Responsibilities:
Agent Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with agents to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote their listings and personal brand.
- Provide guidance on various marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, email campaigns, and traditional marketing methods.
- Assist agents in creating compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing, and share relevant insights with agents.
New Agent Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hire agents, ensuring a smooth transition into our company.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new agents to the company's culture, policies, and resources.
- Assist in setting up new agents in our internal systems.
- Provide training and support on using our technology platforms and tools effectively.
Agent Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance agent skills in marketing, and client relationship management.
- Conduct workshops and webinars on various marketing topics, helping agents improve their marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and marketing techniques, and provide ongoing education to agents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms, such as online advertising platforms. (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with agents.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
