Receives, records, and reconciles all GreyStone member payments, membership fees, consumer deposits, construction costs, and other receivables coming into GreyStone by mail, in person, or through the night deposit. Explains general GreyStone policies and promotes goodwill to all GreyStone members. When appropriate, while servicing the needs of all members, uses materials provided to offer additional services available from GreyStone. Demonstrates and promotes a friendly, courteous, and professional member service environment.
