Maintenance Technician-Painter

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician-Painter to perform general painting, maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Maintenance Technician-Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Paint, repair and maintain buildings.
- Complete set-ups and tear down for scheduled campus activities.
- Perform general painting.
- Operate and maintain tools used in the painting and repair of building facilities.
- Perform on call duties as needed/assigned.
- Ensure environment is safe and working properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintenance Technician-Carpenter Qualifications:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work from ladders
- Climb stairs
- Stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.
Minimum Work Experience:
· 3 years’ experience in general maintenance
· 3 years’ experience in painting
Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
