Lawton Winter Investment Group is a boutique financial services practice providing multigenerational private wealth management and planning services. These include providing affluent and ultra-high-net worth clients with assistance in planning for college expenses, retirement, the tax-efficient transfer of wealth, income generation, risk avoidance and building wealth.
We are seeking a Client Associate (“CA”) to support our growing team! The CA will interact with and service the needs of our clients with the aim of making that experience feel exceptional. The CA will also deliver both administrative and operational support to the financial advisory team.
Base Salary: $53,000.00 - $64,500.00 per year
Bonus Structure: A potential bonus structure will be implemented based on individual and firm performance metrics. Specific targets and criteria for bonus eligibility will be discussed and agreed upon hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Financial Advisors (“FAs”) with the collection, creation and distribution of investment information.
- Scheduling meetings, creating reminders, gathering and inputting data.
- Onboarding new clients, including the collection of required documentation and client information and regularly communicating with those clients throughout the process.
- Ensuring that key client information and documentation are up-to-date.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Responding to client and/or administrative issues and demands via phone or written correspondence as appropriate, researching answers as needed.
- Engaging in industry training and education programs to maintain current status on policies and procedures.

- Excellent communication with the team via conference/Zoom calls, instant messenger, phone, email etc.

- A sharp eye for opportunity and a quick mind that sees ways to uniquely solve problems all the while improving systems for the betterment of the team and client.
Opportunities for Advancement:
Though not mandatory for this position, Lawton Winter Investment Group believes in fostering an environment of professional development. CAs who decide to obtain a Series 7 and/or 66 Securities registration within 3 - 6 months of hire date will be financially rewarded for building on their skillset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working within financial services.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload
- responsibilities.
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation, handling,
- and distribution of confidential information.
- Ability to convey messages clearly, concisely, and pleasantly to others in person, by phone or via written
- correspondence. This includes grammatical proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products; proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- A desire to positively impact the lives of the practice’s clientele and the practice itself.
