Main skills: AWS, Splunk, App Dynamics (good Monitoring background)
Required skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications (distributed, Mainframe, Middleware) or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Troubleshoot technical issues (Java/J2EE, .Net, or Cloud) and escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Infrastructure management (Unix / Linux, DB Oracle, Kubernetes, Cache, Middleware, MQ, LTM, GTM, AWS EC2, AWS Containers, AWS Lamda, Casandra, Redis Cache, HAProxy
- Experience in building monitoring dashboards through Dynatrace and ability to triage application performance through deep diving using Dynatrace.
Job responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues (Java/J2EE, .Net, Cloud etc.) or escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions.
- Monitor infrastructure, servers, databases, distributed batch jobs.
- End to end view of issues for objectivity.
- Support Sustained Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability events.
- Coordination and communications during critical outage situations.
- Single voice for our line of business and for cross line of business incidents.
- Influence senior technology leads across organizations to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
