Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Regulatory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that all our dietary supplement products comply with 21 CFR Part 111 regulations. They will oversee and maintain the documentation of the quality control system and ensure that all specifications and procedures are met.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all quality control activities.
- Implement quality systems to appropriate regulations and industry standards for dietary supplements.
- Create controlled documents for the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR), including Finished Product Specifications and Mixing Instructions based on the Master Formula.
- Review and approve batch records and generate a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) based on test results and other quality-related documents.
- Communicate with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely release of products and materials.
- Investigate and resolve any non-conformances or deviations from established procedures.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and training records to ensure compliance.
- Assist in training teams on newly approved procedures when needed.
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with customers (internal and external) to determine documentation requirements when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Nutraceutical experience preferred
