Trainer - Corporate Transactions
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST

We are currently seeking an addition to our Corporate Training Team for our Corporate Legal Solutions (CLS) Business Area.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Conduct foundational training for new hires and existing employees.
- This includes delivery of training, maintaining training modules, and designing of new training modules.
- Support training initiatives such as CLS Business Transformation projects
- Develop effective business relationships with leaders, workflow coordinators, and area subject matter experts.
- Measure and assess training effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to training participants through partnership with leaders, assessments, and observations.
- Provide feedback on system and procedural issues that need to be reviewed or improved, and suggestions to help refine processes, templates, etc.
- Learn technology needed to design training in our learning portal and other programs.
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

- Ability to quickly learn new systems, technology and methods
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
- Strong time management, research & analytical skills
- Outgoing and proactive,
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a team and across teams
- Problem-solving skills
- Prior Customer Service experience in a business-to-business environment
- Ability to be flexible with hours to accommodate training needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field
- Training experience in scheduling, designing and delivering training in a corporate environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
