The Regional Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering a culture of excellence within your designated region. Duties will include:
Lead Generation and Quota Achievement:
- Consistently generate and close leads.
- Achieve quarterly quotas, both personal and team-oriented.
Culture of Growth:
- Foster a culture of growth by leading new business development efforts.
- Encourage and mentor team members in building their sales funnel.
Training and Development:
- Mentor team members in generating qualified leads.
- Train the team on seeking new opportunities using existing client relationships.
Meet Brand Standards:
- Ensure all locations within the designated region meet PMC brand standards.
Sales and Revenue Management:
- Drive revenue consistently, exceeding budget targets regularly.
- Manage expenses according to budget and contribute to the growth of the GOP line.
Team Management:
- Interview and hire management and hourly associates within the territory.
- Train managers on proper hiring and candidate selection.
Program Implementation:
- Develop and implement programs to improve guest and employee satisfaction.
- Direct and support the implementation of company initiatives and processes.
Travel and Other Duties:
- Travel to all assigned accounts in the territory on a rotating basis (up to 50%).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Experience:
Travel:
- Willingness to travel 15 - 50% (to be determined).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or the parking industry.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team Building:
- Strong team-building skills and ability to motivate others.
Collaboration:
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
Independence and Responsibility:
- Willingness to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
Driver's License:
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass PMC's background check.
Technology Use:
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
