Colorado College is committed to being a great place to work. In this role, you will help develop and implement our strategy to influence the culture of CC. You will lead and facilitate conversations with stakeholders, intact teams, and the broader community to define interpersonal and leadership expectations. You will reinforce these expectations by developing and facilitating development programs, and leading a team to ensure our talent acquisition, development, performance appraisal processes and information systems contribute to a healthy workplace for all. Anticipated Salary Range: $103,194 to $141,892 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational, departmental, and individual culture influencing engagements. Engagements may include team development, coaching, and training programs.
- Develop and enhance learning programs for all employees to improve knowledge and performance and promote Colorado College as a great place to work.
- Ensure CCs Talent Acquisition processes attract, select and onboard the talented and diverse employees required to fulfill our mission with focus on our commitment to antiracism.
- Lead performance assessment processes (feedback practices) that contribute to the development and recognition of a successful workforce.
Partner with Human Resources Systems Administrator to ensure effective use of existing HR systems and successful implementation of new systems.

Additional Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience in organizational development or talent management leadership roles. Experience partnering with others to enhance HR practices. Demonstrated leadership, change management, consulting and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in HR or related field. Higher education experience, SPHR certification.
