Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Represent and serve as point of contact for Meriplex with NRR vendors on quoting, order placement, and liaison between vendors and internal teams. Working to maintain a healthy, positive, and reliable business to business relationship.
- Monitor inventory levels at all locations, escalate any concerns to the VP of Supply Chain on appropriate forecasting needs.
- Support Accounts Receivable, including but not limited to, working with AR manager to ensure billing system is updated to reflect current status of orders and those able to be billed.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all team, vendors, and customers. Respond to internal communication within a timely manner to ensure that all parties are aware of status or any impact to timeline outside of normal conditions.
- Support the total life cycle of Procurement Process; including documentation of process controls and action items within our systems, ConnectWise (CW) and others. Adherence to SOPs and internal documentation and training initiatives.
- Continual initiative to look for areas where costs can be reduced without sacrificing quality, integrity or timelines. This might include vetting of new vendors or pushing for credits or discounts where appropriate.
- Active participation in external audits, including preparation of POs, timelines, or any other requested information or as directed by internal Meriplex leadership.
- Perform other duties as required by Meriplex and the VP, Supply Chain or as requested by Meriplex Senior Leadership team.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:
- Knowledge of general procurement and logistics best practices within the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of internal CW process and controls for record keeping and reference
- Knowledge of Best Practices in Customer Services
- Ability to function as a key support for Meriplex Logistics and Procurement within the Operations department
- Ability to quickly prioritize and adapt timelines for executing with multiple internal teams
- Critical thinking, judgement, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Beginner project management skills
- Beginner to intermediate level of skills with Excel

Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required.
- 3+ years of telecommunication general industry experience.
- 2+ years of general experience within the scope of supply chain.
- Previous experience with managing relationship with third parties required
Certifications:
Work Schedule/Travel:
- Standard Meriplex business hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Some travel required, 0 -10%
Physical Demands:
Medium Work - Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly having to move objects.
