An International Electronic Company in Grapevine is seeking a direct hire position for a skilled MB PCB PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to oversee our processes and ensure efficiency in our production operations.
Summary
With instructions from the Manager, direct the activities of assigned hourly teammates in production processes. Ensure that productivity and quality standard are achieved based on defined goals and in a cost-effective manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.
Data Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution and Prevention - % of Job 75%
· Using weekly manufacturing schedules and daily priorities, assigns tasks and assignments to hourly teammates. Monitors work to ensure proper completion.
· Trains new hire teammates to know the process and assigned tasks.
· Monitors teammate’s efforts to ensure daily, defined outputs.
· Investigates incidents, identifies production line issues and devises solutions.
· Monitors, adjusts, and/or identifies need for repair/testing of equipment and/or processes in assigned segment of the operational processes.
· Completes production documentation.
· Verifies that hourly time records reflect the work performed.
Warehouse Efficiencies – Cost Reduction - % of Job – 10%
· Implements efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better product flow decisions by conducting analysis on key areas which are causing product and delivery issues.
· Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
Team Leadership - % of Job – 15%
· Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture.
· Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
· Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships. Communicates and works well with all business partners.
· Manages inventory and allocation in the most cost efficient and productive manner.
Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or GED, plus work experience in computer/manufacturing environment required.
· Prefer 3 – 5 years manufacturing supervisory experience.
· College or technical school credentials preferred.

· Needs ability to generate management reports in Excel and all other assigned software.

Working Conditions
Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
