We are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our 2nd Shift (M-F, 3PM - 11PM) Warehouse Shipping team. Forklift operators drive forklifts, operate pallet jacks, and utilize RF scanners to prioritize, distribute, and prepare materials and products for shipment. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:
-
Reads manufacturing order, or requisitions to determine and prioritize items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
-
Consolidates, packages, and/or palletizes products
-
Uses RF scanner and Oracle to enter records
-
Follows established safety programs and maintains knowledge of safe working practices
-
Places merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods

Collects merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay
-
Ensures that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
-
Willingness to be trained cross functionally and work in any warehouse department including Assembly, Receiving, Shipping, and Material Handling if necessary
Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education (GED) preferred

Ability to operate hand held computer system preferred

Ability to operate forklift perferred
-
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Ability to stand and sit for 8 hours or more per day

Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently and team lift over 50 pounds occasionally

Ability to walk on a constant basis

Constantly lifts, carries, pushes, and pulls packages on a repetitive basis

Ability to sit, kneel, climb, squat, bend and twist

Ability to read, write, count, and perform basic math accurately

Ability to learn to operate hand and pneumatic assembly tools

Ability to read and understand a production work order

Able to learn to accurately assemble, code, test, label and pack product

Flexibility to occasionally work mandatory overtime to meet production goals
