Territory: Southeast Region (GA, AL, MS, and FL)
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 + Commission + Bonus (1st yr OTE =$180+)

Regional Sales Manager (Chemicals or Wastewater exp req) Responsibilities
- Develop sales initiatives, growth strategies, and plans
- Establish contact and build relationships with current and potential accounts
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Follow, research, and make recommendations based on industry trends and best practices
- Manage existing client portfolios
- Maintain CRM data and sales forecasts
- Participate in applicable regional and national trade shows
- Assist internal engineering and project management staff
- Collaborate and support sales efforts for colleagues in other regions
- Coordinate preparation of the annual sales budget
Regional Sales Manager (Chemicals or Wastewater exp req) Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years of sales and account management experience required
- 5+ years of industrial chemicals or wastewater industry experience required
- 3+ years of Sales management (leading a team) experience required
- Understanding of municipal project purchasing processes and selection protocols required
- CRM experience required
