SR Plus Behavior Consultants is a multi-state agency dedicated to providing quality ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and hard-working BCBAs to join our team. This position allows you to be able to have a flexible work-life, while working primarily via Telehealth and an opportunity to provide in-person support if needed. We are seeking full or part time BCBAs with case loads in the Savannah, Statesboro, and Brunswick areas. Responsibilities
· Conduct initial skill and behavior assessments for new clients
· Conduct ongoing skill and behavior assessments required by each funder source
· Develop and implement Individual plan of Care for clients
· Complete ongoing oversight for ABA Individual plans of care for clients ages 2-14
· Data analysis and making ongoing clinical treatment changes
· Conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs on their implementation of ABA behavior procedures and be able to provide feedback and ongoing training
· Implement caregiver training programs
· Complete progress reports for clients and present to caregivers and funder sources as needed
· Participate in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, schools, daycares, etc.) based on the needs of the client
Experience
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
· Preferable 2 years experience providing direct care services
· 1-year experience with supervising RBTs
· Telehealth experience preferred
· Rethink experience preferred but not required
· Superior communication skills
· Excellent documentation skills
· Must work well with children, parents, and other service professionals
· Willing to have background check
