Community Nursing Services, “CNS” is looking for a full-time RN to join their team and work in the greater Salt Lake City area with patients from the University of Utah.
Location: North end of the SLC Valley
Days Worked: Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Friday
- Days DO NOT rotate by week, you'd pick the set schedule that would work best for you.
Hours: 8pm to 8am

Responsibilities:
- Provide care in home for post surgical patients coming home same day or next day after surgery
- Providing and managing care for a caseload of primarily complex clients under the general direction of management
- Leadership role providing supervision to CNAs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary group and other caregivers to meet specific goals
- Assure access to other disciplines, as needed
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Utah
- Current Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- In-home patient visits
- Medicine management
- Wound care
- IV skills
