Job Summary: The Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to balance production demands with resource availability, ensuring optimal productivity and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with production managers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in production priorities, resource availability, and unforeseen disruptions.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate production schedules and any changes to relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between production, procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure coordinated efforts and timely delivery of products.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track production progress against schedules and identify potential delays or issues.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on schedule adherence, production performance, and resource utilization.
- System Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling information in the manufacturing software system.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all scheduling and planning tools.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new scheduling systems or software as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
- This position involves working in both office and manufacturing environments.
- May require occasional exposure to production floor conditions, including noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the production area as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
