- Perform general office management duties including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Conduct clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping to support daily operations.
- Operate phone systems with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring excellent phone etiquette in all interactions.
