WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Assist all guests in a sincere, professional, and courteous manner, whenever possible going above and beyond the call of duty to do whatever it takes to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
· Register and process guests promptly upon arrival and departure.
· Performs all guest accounting functions according to established hotel operating procedures to ensure all guest and house accounts are complete and accurate.
· Receives and processes telephone and walk-in reservations accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Communicates with immediate supervisor promptly and accurately also provides potential solutions to any problems noticed.
· Ensures that guest issues, whether Front Desk or otherwise, are dealt with appropriately. If outside his/her bounds of authority, promptly brings the matter to the attention of hotel management.
· Shift Hours at our property are a little different! our Front Desk Shifts are 6:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm- 10pm.
