Job Summary: The Amenity Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of all amenity areas, including the fitness center, pool, lounge, and other communal spaces. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all amenity areas, including the fitness center, pool, lounge, game room, and other communal spaces.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Enforce community rules and regulations regarding the use of amenities, addressing any resident concerns or violations promptly and professionally.
- Assist residents with the operation of equipment and amenities, providing instructions and demonstrations as needed.
- Replenish supplies such as towels, water, and toiletries in amenity areas.
- Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events and activities as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of all amenity areas to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist with the planning and execution of community events and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving furniture and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and amenities is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
