Description
The Operations and Production IT Sr. Business Analyst will join the IT Technical Capabilities organization as a liaison between Global Production and the IT organization. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a strong customer focus and excellent communications skills. If you are selected as the Operations and Production, IT Sr. Business Analyst, you will support Operations and Production globally and be accountable for ensuring prioritization of the business needs within the global capability’s governance model, roadmap, and budget. Work opportunities will span across Aviation, Global Projects, and other Petro-technical opportunities. Candidate should be highly motivated, with a growth mindset and actively contribute to IT strategic plans, planning, and execution of various Operation and Production initiatives, and ensures effective service delivery of existing solutions.

5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or performing business analysis work

5 or more years of experience in Information Technology

3 or more years of experience leading large-scaled projects

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Admin/Mgmt, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, other related business field, other related technical field, or foreign equivalent

SAFe Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification training
-
CCBA, CBAP, or IIBA-ACC Certification or equivalent Business Analyst training

10 or more years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements

5 or more years of experience of Oil and Gas terminology, data, systems and workflows

5 or more years of experience facilitating software renewals and IT Risk Assessments

3 or more years of lean agile experience

1 or more years of experience in budgeting, cost planning, and forecasting

Intermediate proficiency using Jira for project planning

Demonstrated ability to do business process mapping

Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee multiple efforts/tasks while meeting deadlines

Proven ability to develop strategic plans and drive business improvements

Results driven and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
