**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, efficiently managed, and keep up with our books.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including groundskeeping, repairs, and renovations.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and in good working order.
- Administer leases
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including files, using Quickbooks and Google Drive.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt and cost-effective property maintenance.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports to track property performance.
- Handle all administrative tasks, including but not limited to processing rent payments, handling lease renewals, and responding to tenant inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the property management company.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a focus on property maintenance, facilities management, and contract administration. Plumbing experience would be a plus.
- Experience with Quickbooks and Google Drive or similar property management software.
- Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to manage files and create accurate reports.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to increase occupancy rates.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
