Job Overview:
We are seeking an BDC / Internet Manager to oversee our online sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales, customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Manage online sales platforms and e-commerce websites
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide support for outbound sales efforts
- Utilize software tools to track sales metrics and customer interactions
- Assist in negotiating deals and upselling products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during customer interactions
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage online sales processes efficiently
- Experience in sales support or customer service roles
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales performance
- Excellent public speaking skills for virtual presentations or webinars
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques to drive revenue growth
- Capacity to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Pay: $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
