A busy finance company is looking for an energetic, courteous and kind customer service agent who has experience with dealing with customers to join our energetic team
Job functions:
- Resolve customer's issues efficiently and effectively
- Handle high volume inbound calls/emails
- Assist customers with billing statement and account inquires
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Review data and input feedback in CRM software
- Strive for excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry and analysis skills
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a digital environment
- Ability to handle outbound calls and use Zendesk effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
