How you will make a difference
Creating a client-friendly culture of success and growth is at the heart of our business. Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of our culture and at the core of everything we do. As a Client Services and New Business Manager, you will pursue this mission through the following duties and responsibilities:
New Business Management
· Process new business applications accurately and efficiently, utilizing both in-person and digital platforms.
· Liaise with advisors, clients, and relevant parties to address any issues and ensure timely processing of applications.
· Manage client check deposits and maintain compliance logs.
· Follow up on pending new business and transfers, providing regular updates to clients.
· Assist advisors with pre-appointment preparation and account/policy delivery preparation.
Database Management
· Create and maintain client files, both electronically and in hard copy.
· Ensure accurate data entry and oversee the organization of sensitive files and logs.
· Record and maintain comprehensive notes from client and prospect interactions in our CRM system.
Customer Service
· Follow-up on pending new business work and transfers, providing weekly updates to clients.
· Assist clients with various service requests and verify documents before processing.
· Handle beneficiary updates, distribution requests, and other account services as required.
Reporting
· Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports using our CRM database and Excel.
· Prepare and review production and pending business reports for weekly team meetings.
· Provide monthly closed business updates for commission accounting.

Minimum Requirements

· Experience using Excel for business analytics reporting.

· Previous experience in customer service roles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
