Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Provide basic medical care, such as wound care and medication administration under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Assist with patient mobility, including transferring and positioning patients
- Perform basic nursing procedures, such as catheterization and venipuncture
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and record patient information
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
- Must have a criminal history check conducted prior to being offered a position with the agency

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
