Latitude currently has five locations and is planning rapid expansion throughout the NY area and around the country.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Obtaining vital signs, placing allergy skin tests, administering injections, overseeing oral food challenges, preparing oral immunotherapy doses, assisting with emergency care, and providing patient education
- Performing blood draws for both pediatric and adult patients
- Proactive patient care including monitoring and responding to patient calls, messages, dose management, and EMR messages
- Administrative responsibilities include ordering labs, obtaining insurance approvals, scheduling, data entry, ordering medications and restocking clinical supplies
Requirements
- Active California LVN license; preferred > 1 year of clinical practice
- BLS/CPR certification obtained within 30 days of hire
- Phlebotomy certification or experience with pediatric blood draws
- Background with Pediatrics and/or Allergy/Immunology

- Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
- Positive approach reflected in both patient and team communication
- Personal initiative, self-motivation, hands-on style and strong work ethic
