What You’ll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant at Learning ARTS, you'll play a critical role in helping kiddos within the autism spectrum receive the necessary services. You’ll work with a compassionate team whose singular focus is helping families get access to the ABA therapy services their child needs.
A Typical Day in the Life of an Administrative Assistant at Learning ARTS:
In this role, your typical duties include assisting administrative specialists across all functions within our company with the following:

Organizing and Managing Information: maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, organize documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.

Scheduling and Calendar Management: manage schedules and calendars for supervisors and your team, and coordinate appointments, including handling logistical arrangements.

Communication Handling: handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate parties or providing information as needed.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: perform data entry tasks, inputting information accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems and assist in generating reports when needed.

Patient and Referral Source Relations: serve as a point of contact for patient families and referral sources to assist them in receiving ABA therapy services.

Problem Solving: identify and resolve routine operational issues, look for solutions to logistical challenges, and troubleshooting technical problems.

Qualifications and Skills

High School diploma or GED.
-
Available to work 4-hour shifts, Monday-Friday.

Good interpersonal communication skills.
-
Excellent computer and writing skills.
-
Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
-
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of autism is preferred and experience in healthcare industry is helpful

U.S. work authorization.

Ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbs.
