Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant at The Savvy OBM, you will play a crucial role in supporting Mariah with her clients by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to their business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in their role, work with different clients, and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clients, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
- Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- Manage and coordinate client communications.
- Follow standard operating procedures for specific tasks.
- Help with the implementation and management of various systems and tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling basic posts.
- Assist with marketing tasks to help bring in new clientele.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software and online tools.

This is a 1099 contractor position. Initially, you will work 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week as we grow.
Compensation: $14 - $18 per hour, with quarterly reviews for potential pay increases.
