This is an on-site employment opportunity in Las Vegas, NV that would allow you to support Investment Advisors associated with ARPG. (Candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week - NOT REMOTE)
The primary role of the Office Manager (OM) / Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) is a leadership position that oversees the day to day operations of the practice and to provide support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The OM Registered CSA / helps the advisors maintain client needs and deliver positive results for ARPG’s clients as well as take charge of office duties and personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task and the highest level of customer services skills (both verbal and written),
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and activities of all programs, including HR Administration, Finance Administration activities and reporting.
- Evaluate procedures and processes for efficiency and client-first approach
- Management of all staff training to deliver first class service to clients.
- Maintain CRM software, Morningstar Office Platform, and compliance software for use by office
- Monitor proprietary data dashboards for new client business, insufficient funds, RMD’s, and account transfers
- Review advisor compensation reports, process payroll, assist in ongoing compliance duties and timelines
- Handles companies Financials, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping and General Accounting. Work with outside tax provider
- Monthly bank reconciliation in Quickbooks
- Handle other administrative duties related to licensing, compliance, and day to day management of the practice
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance related tasks. Keep Financial files up to date and accessible to audits

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in management within investment management operation or related field
- Series 6 and Series 63 license
- Strong Management skills
- Billing and reporting background
- Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
- Strong analytical skills and ability to research information
- Experience with Financial data software (Morningstar, Orion, etc) is preferred
- Demonstrates drive, initiative, and motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM applications
- Able to utilize internal resources, training & self-service options
Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Experience working with Investment Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams
- 5-7 years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education and demonstrated performance.
