Must have open availability for all of our major holidays: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, 9a-7pm. Applicants must have availability to work weekedays 2p-7pm and weekend shifts, Saturday 9a-5p and Sunday 9a-2pm.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Rep:
- Strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards
- Provides excellent Guest Services
- Determine guest needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service and meet sales goals
- Assists guests in the selection and purchase of Edible Arrangements products
- Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of product line
- Effectively converts Guest inquiries into sales
- Builds long-term relationships and maintains the trust and loyalty of guests
- Maintains the reception and production area with a clean and appealing manner
- Demonstrates "just say yes" behavior when taking care of guest needs
- Manages difficult guest situations in a calm and professional manner
- As needed, prepares a variety of fruit arrangements, dipped fruit, and treat products to Edible Arrangements standards
- Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player
- Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication by using Fruit Expert skills with all Guests and co-worker interactions
- Follows cash handling and register policies
- Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines
- Learns and demonstrates creating the Edible Arrangements Experience
- Learns and performs the duties of guest service and/or production as needed
Additional Sales Responsibilities:
- Responsible for re-marketing to current guests through year-ago calls, customer and recipient order follow up, and writing thank you notes for orders
- Identifying and communication new business leads that place orders in-store
- Responsible for increasing sales primarily in-store, some limited outside sales may be involved
- Re-marking, account management and maximization, up-selling, and increasing average ticket
- Lead identification and appointment setting for manager or owner
- Raising store-wide average ticket and average number of orders
