Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Staff Development to join our team. As the Director of Staff Development, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing staffing strategies to support our organization's mission and goals. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for making a difference in the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to meet Staffing goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with staff and leadership
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure goals are being met
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Requirements
-active and valid LVN license to practice in the state
- 1+ years of DSD experience in SNF setting
- Strong knowledge of medical records, acute care, critical care, medical terminology, skill nursing operations, and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse team
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
