Northwest Energy Systems Lead Residential HVAC Installer Should be:
· Experienced in the installation of Furnaces, Sheet metal, Linesets for Heat Pumps, Ductless Heat Pump systems and Water Heaters (Conventional and Tankless)
· Have working knowledge of airflow, frictional loss, and use of an Air Duct Calculator
· Have knowledge and experience with available ductwork fittings and their applications
· Support NES’s scheduling, installation, and quality control best practices
· Review jobs with Project Manager in preparation of Projects
· Review project requirements and develop plans to efficiently execute them
· Lead and support crew members to exceed industry standards for quality and efficiency
· Confirm installations are compliant to all company, local, state and federal codes
· Ensure completion and accuracy of all required job elements and documentation, including Job Completion Forms and Trim Lists
· Be willing and able to climb on roof top structures or into attic/crawl spaces in all weather conditions
· Maintain a clean and orderly work vehicle
· Maintain a clean appearance
Required Experience & Qualifications:
· 1-2yrs. Experience within HVAC Installation and the Construction Industry
· Valid Washington State Driver’s License and drivers abstract upon employment
· High School diploma or GED
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Legally eligible to work in the United States

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
