We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team and contribute to the dynamic healthcare environment. **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care in various medical settings including ER, dialysis, emergency medicine, ophthalmology, home community care, tube feeding, esthetic laser treatment, hospice palliative medicine, inhalation treatments, and phlebotomy. - Monitor and assess patients' conditions accurately. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to plan and manage patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. - Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care. **Experience:** - Valid RN license is required. - Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. - Experience in ER, dialysis, emergency medicine, ophthalmology, home community care, tube feeding, esthetic laser treatment, hospice palliative medicine, inhalation treatments, and phlebotomy is beneficial. - Proficiency in handling emergency situations and critical care settings. - Ability to perform tasks such as phlebotomy and IV insertions with precision. - Experience in administering injections following best practices. - Knowledge of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment. - Familiarity with aliment procedures for comprehensive patient care.
