McDade-Woodcock, Inc.’s Service Department is expanding and looking to hire a full-time Receptionist. The Service Department Receptionist would be responsible for answering all Service Department phone calls, scheduling service calls, as well as billing and collecting payment from customers. The Service Department Receptionist would also be working with our Service Technicians and Service Department Managers to ensure consistent communication between the office and the field. This may include assisting in pulling permits, pickup/delivering materials, and general correspondence with the team via emails and phone calls. Applicants should have experience working in an office environment and have a basic computer skill. Customer service is key in this sector and applicants should be friendly and be able to demonstrate clear communication skills verbally and in writing.
