We're seeking a Restoration Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate and manage mitigation projects, to ensure that all the necessary steps of the project have been completed and run efficiently. In addition, be able to make quick and accurate decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to join our organization and help manage the day-to-day operations of our mitigation and construction divisions.
Qualifications/Responsibilities for Restoration Project Manager:
- Help create and maintain the processes created by our organization.
- Monitor all key performance indicators.
- Build customer rapport by ensuring a high level of quality and service at each stage of the process.
- Responsible for all job sites for mitigation
- Must have the ability to conceptually budget, work effectively in a demanding team environment.
- Be willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to create complex and dynamic schedules.
- Have a basic understanding of Xactimate.
- Maintain acceptable sales levels and profit margins.
- Pre-planning jobs - materials, labor, etc. to meet expected profitability goals.
- Create in writing and effectively communicate a production schedule for every job.
- Locate and utilize subcontractors and initiate subcontractor agreements.
- Create change orders as needed and invoices for completed jobs.
- Provide timely communications with customers, subcontractors, adjusters.
- Organize and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Utilize CRM job management software to manage job files, notes, status updates, etc.
- Responsible for visiting job sites as needed, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Proper file documentation
- Negotiation with adjusters, insurance consultants, and property managers
- Timely and complete communication with the office
- Prepare accurate work-in-process (WIP) forecasts with a percentage of completion methodology.
- Meet closing ratio goals.
- Manage receivables and collections in a timely fashion through frequent and advance communication, when applicable, file liens to protect receivables.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates on various projects.
- Develop spreadsheets in MS Excel and prepare bid documents utilizing MS Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
