SONPOWER Energy is a full-service electrical contractor serving all of Southern California from our offices in Westlake Village, CA. The candidate will join a creative team whose objective is to facilitate our customers’ needs. We serve Fortune 500 companies, auto manufacturers (EV Charging), general contractors and residential clients.

Duties:
- Schedule service calls and installations with customers via phone and Service Titan
- Effectively communicate inbound & outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Collaborate with internal project managers & estimators and field technicians
- Prepare and monitor invoicing through partner portals and QuickBooks
- Creatively manage social media platforms
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, zoom meetings
- Upload field personnel hours into Quickbooks Payroll weekly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication or related fields
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Canva
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Reporting and research abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
