Provide mid-level supervision for ABA cases under the direction of the BCBA
Train and supervise behavior technicians in the principles of ABA and client-specific treatment plans.
Conduct assessments utilizing VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL, and others.
Develop treatment plans and progress reports. Reports are submitted promptly and with minimal errors.
Develop transfer, discharge, and addendum reports as needed.
Assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans
Manage a caseload with a minimum of 100 billable hours per month.
Create and manage ongoing data collection systems.
Provide parent/ caregiver training in-person, clinic, community, and/or via telehealth.
Participate in monthly staff training.
Identify and address staff performance concerns by Human Resource policies.
Complete session notes promptly
Review and provide feedback on session notes submitted by direct reports.
Maintain case files by HIPAA and internal policies.
Assist with completing Competency Assessments for Behavior Technicians
Respond to client/caregiver concerns promptly.
Escalate clinical concerns (e.g., lack of progress, parent complaint, etc.) to BCBA.
Completes performance evaluations and sets performance goals for direct reports.
Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating substitutes, and notifying staff and families of any changes in session time, location, date, etc.
Updates all trackers including but not limited to session cancellations, make-ups, RBT supervision logs, etc.
Attends all training as assigned.
Review, graph, and analyze data.
Collaborates with other professionals working with the client (e.g., speech, OT, education, etc.).
Ensure compliance with internal policies and funding source requirements.
Communicates timely and professionally.
Responds to Crisis by managing the crisis, documenting the event, and escalating to BCBA.
Assist with timecard management. Process time off requests and approve bi-monthly timecards.
Review and approve staff reimbursement requests for mileage, training, exam fees, etc.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs. The program operates between 9 am and 8 pm.
Willingness to travel through the greater Sacramento Area. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Other duties as assigned.
