Electroguard is seeking a Business Development Manager/Account Rep.
As part of this position, candidates will actively build a pipeline/funnel and seek out new business while maintaining current relationships to sell camera monitoring and camera systems for commercial businesses such as automotive dealerships, multi-family, commercial real estate, retail, construction, and more. Your primary focus will be working with prospects who have cameras but want our monitoring. Our niche is camera monitoring.
Candidate must have strong self-discipline, drive, and a strong desire to not just achieve sales goals, but far surpass them. We want focused, strong minded individuals.

Must have experience with hubspot, MS Office, strong computer knowledge, camera & access control knowledge and experience. Primary responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting, new account acquisition, site plan design, project management assistant, account management, upgrade/cross selling along with exceptional customer service. Employ traditional lead/opportunity generation activities including cold calling, internal/external referrals, direct digital outreach of promotional packages, industry event participation, etc
Candidate must understand that while this position has a base salary, the bulk of the pay will come from commission, and there are goals that must be met. We are not paying for you to be "comfortable". ABC- Always Be Closing.
You must be in this for the long haul, we build strong relationships with clients, and it is expected that once you bring a client on board, that you keep constant contact with the client to ensure all is good. If a client is just a number to you, do not apply. Electroguard is privately owned, 10 years strong, and we are in it for the strong relationships. We will never sell to Private Equity firms.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development or sales management, and 3-5 years in working with C-Level executives.

Experience with CRM and sales automation tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Availability to travel occasionally for industry events and trade shows

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
