Our Account Associates will guide our customers through the process of understanding the new evolution of technology, staying up to date on the latest guidelines for advanced education in the field, proactively managing accounts, and resolving customer inquiries. Our customers are our greatest asset and without them these new services would not be possible. It is the Account Associates responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and to assist in their best economic efforts when processing orders with decision makers. Responsibilities:
- Our Account Associates will focus on customer relationship management by building and maintain strong rapport with customers who inquire about services that our clients offer
- Learn how to manage customer accounts by training with top managers who excel in profound customer service skills
- Resolve customer complaints and/or questions by accurately staying up to date with product and service knowledge that is continuous being introduced
- Keep up company standards when managing customer accounts ensuring all customer contact information is properly notated and processing any necessary orders
- Work with the sales division to analyze sales order data and create a tracking system on customer orders
Qualifications:
- Have previously worked in a customer service, sales, account management, or business related field
- Ambitious candidate to join our team who will embrace our customers as their own and build relationships with a position and uplifting attitude
- Ability to multitask when working with customers so that at they same time the Account Associate can managing their accounts, searching for product knowledge to provide proper educated answer, and actively listen
- Craft unique strategies that convey innovated solutions
- Ability to work flexible hours and commute to our office location
